In the November 30 issue of the Federal Register areproposed regulations for limiting greenhouse gas emissions from medium and heavy duty motor vehicles.. These are promulgated by both the EPA and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. This is a component of their plan to transition our nation to "...a new generation of clean vehicles."
