With so much changing quickly related to the COVID-19 situation in the United States, it is a prime time for companies that capitalize on fear, confusion, and lack of knowledge within the public. Scams and frauds are out there. Fortunately, there are steps outlined by the Federal Trade Commission which you can take to avoid coronavirus scams.

Remember to share all suspicious activity with ftc.gov/complaint so that patterns can be tracked and stopped.
