On November 15, 2021, President Joe Biden signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act into Law, marking a huge milestone in his Presidential goals. It stemmed from great compromise from legislators from all parties and created this historic investment. The White House stated:

"After decades of talk on rebuilding America's crumbling infrastructure, President Biden delivered the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law - a historic investment in America that will change people's lives for the better and get America moving again."

With over 40,000 projects being awarded funding as part of the law, Build.gov provides information and resources on how that is being done as part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. 

Guidebook

The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law guidebook provides information on the funding and details of the program. It outlines the types of projects and topics that are all a part of this law. Specifically, it addresses how much funding will go toward each topic/project.

The funding for each project is determined by the following plan in many instances. These are the following steps in how the money flows from the federal government. 


Maps & Data

The Build.gov site provides an interactive map that shows the levels of investment happening across various states and territories. So far, under the Biden-Harris Administration, private companies have announced $614 billion so far in commitments to invest in various industry.



In Oklahoma, the investments range from Distance Learning, Telemedicine, and Broadband programming to Airport Infrastructure Grants.


Technical Assistance Guide

The technical assistance guide was created to make it easier to navigate and access the Bipartisan Infrastructure Funding. It provides information on over 100 federal technical assistance programs.
